FirstGroup is set to feature in the tenth series of BBC One's Claimed and Shamed documentary, which focuses on the fight against insurance fraud.
The first of fifteen new episodes will begin today (15 October).
FirstGroup’s in-house claims management company has once again worked with the BBC's production team to tell the stories of notable fraud cases and how they were uncovered.
Using their anti-fraud expertise, the team protects the interests of customers by taking action against those who seek to defraud the public transport industry, such as organised criminal gangs.
Filming for Claimed and Shamed took place at First Bus’s Hengrove bus depot in Bristol and featured several employees.
FirstGroup is the largest contributor to the show’s 10-season run, having provided case studies for more than 50 episodes.
Fronting the latest series will be news presenters, and former Strictly Come Dancing contestants, Ore Obuba and Naga Munchetty.
Claimed and Shamed will be broadcast on BBC One at 11:00, Monday to Friday, and then repeated the following day on BBC 2 at 06:30, as well as being made available on BBC iPlayer.
