Q: Do you provide any shareholder incentives or discounts?

It is not Group policy to offer travel or other discounts to shareholders, as they may be used only by a small number of individuals. The Group is focused on overall returns which are of benefit to all shareholders.

Q: Why do I receive more than one copy of the report and accounts?
A:

Q: Will direct mail organisations get my details from the share register and send me unsolicited mail?

As the Company's share register is, by law, open to public inspection, shareholders may receive unsolicited mail from organisations that use it as a mailing list.
