Transport operator FirstGroup is set to feature in the seventh series of the BBC's Claimed and Shamed documentary, which focuses on the fight against insurance fraud.
The programme, presented by BBC sports presenter and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ore Oduba, will be aired on BBC1 from 17 October.
Transportation Claims Ltd, FirstGroup’s in-house claims management company, worked with the BBC's production team to provide storylines and CCTV footage for the new series.
Filming took place at FirstGroup’s Bristol Hengrove bus depot and featured a number of employees.
Group Insurance and Risk Director Patty Furterer said: “The documentary is part of our effort to place FirstGroup firmly at the centre of the transport industry's fight against fraud. Previous episodes, in which we participated, resulted in extremely positive feedback, so we are delighted to have made such an extensive contribution to the upcoming series.”
The programme will be broadcast on BBC1 at 11am, Monday to Friday for two weeks, with FirstGroup cases featuring in episodes 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Series eight of the programme is scheduled for broadcast in the next few weeks.
